Which package is right for my store?
Homepage Refresh focuses on your homepage. Storefront Redesign updates an existing store across an agreed set of pages. Complete Store Build is for a new Shopify storefront. We confirm the scope before booking.
What do you need before work begins?
We need the agreed store access, brand assets, content, product information and a clear point of contact for feedback. The delivery timeline starts once these are ready.
Can you work with my existing Shopify theme?
Yes. We review your current theme and requirements first, then recommend whether to improve the existing setup or use a different theme.
Are themes and app subscriptions included?
Paid themes and app subscriptions are separate from the package price. We discuss any additional costs before including them in the agreed scope.
Are migrations and custom integrations included?
These are scoped separately. Their requirements depend on the source platform, data, systems and functionality involved.
How many revisions are included?
Each package includes one structured revision round. We collect your feedback together and apply changes within the agreed scope.
How does Express Build work?
Express Build uses a concentrated five-business-day schedule for an agreed scope. Availability, ready-to-use assets and prompt feedback are required. We confirm the schedule before booking.
What happens after launch?
Each package includes one week of post-launch support for the delivered work. Ongoing maintenance, new features and further improvements can be arranged through a separate support plan.
