Keep the scope clear

A complete build within an agreed scope.

We confirm page counts, product setup, functionality and content requirements before booking. This package does not assume unlimited products, custom features or integrations.

Shopify subscriptions, domain registration, paid themes and apps are separate costs. Platform migrations, complex integrations, additional content production and functionality beyond the agreed theme setup are scoped separately.

Ongoing maintenance, marketing and dedicated CRO can be arranged separately after launch.

What does Complete Store Build include?

The package includes discovery and store structure, Shopify theme setup and brand-led styling, a homepage and agreed core page layouts, product and collection presentation, navigation, promotional sections and essential store configuration. The exact launch scope is confirmed before booking.

How many pages and products are included?

We agree the page list, templates and product setup requirements before booking. The package does not assume an unlimited page or product count. Any additional work is identified and scoped separately.

Do I need an existing Shopify store?

No existing storefront is required. We can plan the build around a new Shopify setup. Store access, ownership and the launch arrangements are confirmed during onboarding.

Are the theme and Shopify subscription included?

Shopify subscription fees, paid themes, apps and domain registration are separate from the build price. We confirm the tools and theme required before starting.

Do I need to provide copy and images?

You provide your brand assets, product data, imagery and content for the agreed pages. New photography, extensive copywriting and additional content production are scoped separately.

Can you migrate my existing store to Shopify?

Platform migration is not automatically included in this package. We review the source platform, products, customers, orders and other requirements, then agree a separate migration scope.

When does the 3–4 week timeline start?

The timeline starts once the agreed assets, access and scope are ready and your start date is confirmed. Timely consolidated feedback helps keep the project on schedule.

How do revisions and post-launch support work?

The package includes one structured revision round within the agreed scope and one week of post-launch support for the delivered work. Ongoing maintenance and new features are arranged separately.

Will I be able to manage the store after launch?

The build uses Shopify and the agreed theme setup for everyday store management. We review the areas covered by the project with you before launch; further training or ongoing support can be scoped if needed.
